To install simply add the following two lines above [core] in /etc/pacman.conf

pacman -Sy kde

It works fine for me. I’m not sure if it conflicts with other KDE installs as when I installed it, I did not have KDE already.
Also, AFAIK kde3 configs are incompatible with kde4, so if you do try this out I recommend making a new user.
